ICEP - The International Cultural Exchange Program Scholarship
Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation which was established in
Turkey in 1995 under the auspices of the Turkish Prime Ministry
Department of Charitable Foundations.
The ICEP Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors and is
administered by its own staff. The Foundation's main objectives are as
follows:
- To enable young people from all over the world to learn about Turkey,
its history, and its culture.
- To increase international understanding by arranging visits to Turkey
for young people from other countries.
- To encourage young Turkish people to visit other countries and learn
about their culture and heritage.
- To promote cultural exchange and foster peace and understanding
throughout the world.
